YOGA TRANSFORMS LIVES
Yoga transforms lives. Two things that have had a great impact on my life, for many years, have been Martial Arts and Yoga. Furthermore, they play a big part in my work using musculoskeletal therapies, hypnosis and unconscious mind processes.
Associating these with the physical aspects of fighting and stretching, is so often the view of many people. The true form of these ancient arts, most noteworthy, is that they comprise complete health systems.
YOGA THERAPY
Yoga Transforms Lives, With Physical Therapy and Mind Coaching.
First of all, combining eastern style bodywork with musculoskeletal therapy. In addition, include ancient Indian medical theory, Buddhist mindfulness, meditation and yoga postures adapted to stretches.
Developed 2,500 years ago, “Traditional Thai Yoga Massage” offers a unique system of body therapy. With the knowledge brought to Thailand by Buddhist monks, as a result, its techniques form the basis of a whole body treatment, aimed at balance and freedom of movement.
Most noteworthy, with Thai ingenuity, and use of the hands, elbows, knees and feet, you will, have an outstanding bodywork experience as a result.
Working specific meridians, (energy lines) on the body, is therefore, especially relevant, as is observing the importance of stimulating the body’s own recuperative powers. Rather like ancient Chinese and Japanese hands on therapies.
Traditional Thai Yoga bodywork therefore utilises general and specific:
-
Point pressure
-
Muscle stretching
-
Joint movement
