Still Mind

“Meditation”. I have found doing this daily for over forty years, it is the most effective tool to manage stress.  Many people find meditation fascinating and somewhat elusive; most often being distracted by unwanted thoughts. It takes time to train the monkey mind, but well worth it. Learning can be deepened and accelerated down to hours with processes like the “Drift Paradigm”.

Often misunderstood, especially by those who haven’t done it. It’s simplicity can also be it’s difficulty. Well, it isn’t being asleep or unconscious. and No, you don’t have fairies sitting on your shoulders. It’s available to anyone, despite what the gurus (morons) have some people believe.

Meditation is simply a state of profound stillness, blissful awareness. At its deepest levels, all physical, mental & emotional pain is not present. It reverses all the stress processes, for a better life. There are different techniques available, but they all use the principle of a single point of focus.  We’ll use the simplest form by repeating a mantra or phrase. So let’s get started. Do it for twenty-one days to embed it into your life and then do it every day for the rest of your life. You will notice subtle but profound changes.
